Online Pyrolitic Coated Reflective (hard coat) Glass is the perfect solution for better solar protection with higher energy efficiency. Using CVD (chemical vapor deposition) technology, metal oxides are applied to float glass during the annealing process of float production, leading to a durable and fully bonded coating.
Hard coated glass offers a number of advantages including higher levels of heat insulation, light reflectance, and sunlight filtering when co***red to tinted glass (perforamnce data is available upon request). Moreover the durable coating makes it easy to transport and handle, as well as cut, drill, polish, and process. (click here for edging options). Its durability allows it to endure adverse weather conditions, so it can be used monolithically or as part of an insulated glass unit ( #1 or #2 faces).
